Post responsibilities

1. Have a certain ability of market analysis and judgment, good customer service awareness;

2. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products;

3. According to the marketing plan, complete the sales target of the department;

4. Developing new markets, developing new customers and increasing the sales scope of products;

5. Responsible for the collection of market information and the analysis of competitors in the jurisdiction;

6. Be responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities in the sales area and accomplish sales tasks;

7. Manage and maintain customer relationship and long-term strategic cooperation plan between customers;

8. It is better to have certain customer resources, responsible for the formation and management of sales teams, sales and promotion of company products, through various channels;

9. Actively promote sales orders and strive to complete sales tasks, open up new markets and develop new customers;

10. Quick thinking, good expression ability, communication and coordination ability, strong market development ability;

11. Clear work plan, strong organizational and managerial ability, and good execution ability;

12. Visit the regional market to understand the market demand and provide suggestions and solutions for new products and models.

Experience skills

1. Second-level builders and technicians of mechanical and electrical engineering are preferred, with a high school or above education, and rich experience in sales promotion;

2. Strong ability of language expression and negotiation and adaptability;

3. Be able to provide innovative and unique cooperation suggestions to meet customer needs;

4. Strong anti-pressure ability, good sense of teamwork and cooperation ability;

5. Excellent communication, organizational coordination and crisis management capabilities;

6. Strong learning ability, strong customer service awareness, like challenging work;

7. Good personal reputation and professional ethics, highly infectious, responsible, able to bear hardships and endure hard work;

8. Collect and feedback the relevant market information of the jurisdiction, complete the monthly market analysis report, and provide evidence for the company's decision-making;

9. Mining customer needs, according to the company's product characteristics and customer's own situation, carry out targeted consulting sales;

10. Proficiency in office automation software, experience in bidding writing and explanation is preferred.
